A few important boundaries.

These terms apply to the Rose website, early-access experience, and prototype. By using Rose or joining early access, you agree to these terms.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rose or submit information through the early-access experience.

Educational, not medical care

Rose provides educational and self-discovery information. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure a condition and is not medical advice, psychotherapy, emergency care, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Seek professional care for symptoms, pain, injury, mental-health concerns, or other medical questions.

No guaranteed outcome

Bodies and experiences vary. Research, personalization, or AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or unsuitable for an individual. Rose does not promise a particular physical, emotional, sexual, or health outcome.

Use safely

Use your own judgment and stop any activity that causes pain, injury, distress, numbness, or other concerning symptoms. Do not use Rose to delay urgent or professional care.

Your information

You are responsible for information you choose to submit and for ensuring you have the right to provide it. Do not submit another person’s private or identifying sexual or health information without their permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how Rose handles personal information.

Early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission, a launch date, availability, features, or continued access. Rose may change, pause, or discontinue prototype features while the product is being developed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Rose, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape private data, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, or use Rose to exploit, harass, or endanger another person.

Product changes and liability

Rose is currently an early-stage product and is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

These terms may change as Rose develops. The effective date below will be updated when they do.
